THIS IS NINA.
To Owner of Nina's Cucina, Luke, Nina was his Nanna (Grandmother). She was who he gained his deep love of food & cooking from.
As a child, Nina lived through World War II in Malta, and so, like many others during that time, learned to make a lot with a little. Luke always observed as a child, what food had the power to do - it could bring people together. At family functions, his loud European family would be silenced as the food graced the table, only to restart conversation once the last piece of food had been cleaned from the plate!
NINA TODAY.
Nina's legacy continues today through Nina's Cucina. Luke's Mother in Law, Anna, who now works with Luke creating the food at Nina's Cucina, has a nickname to her Italian friends, Nina.
Nina is that person in your life that makes the food you remember the most.
